How we process your data

• Contact and identification details, such as your name, company, email address and telephone number.
• Information you include in an enquiry, project brief, tender request or mission request.
• Basic technical logs required for security, reliable delivery and diagnosis of errors.

• To answer an enquiry and take steps requested before a possible contract — GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
• To maintain security, prevent misuse and document business correspondence — our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
• To comply with accounting, tax or other legal duties — Article 6(1)(c).
• Marketing messages are sent only where a separate valid consent or another lawful basis applies. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Data may be available only to authorised ASI personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and answer enquiries, including hosting, Lovable, transactional email provider Resend, IT support and professional advisers. Where a project concerns delivery in the DRC, relevant information may be shared with Africa Smart Investment DRC S.A.S. or a verified local partner only where necessary for the requested service.

• Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised by the GDPR.
• We do not sell personal data.

Ordinary enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Data connected with a contract, invoice, dispute or legal duty may be kept for the applicable statutory period. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

• Access, correction and deletion of your data.
• Restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability.
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdrawal of consent without affecting processing performed before withdrawal.
• A complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO): uodo.gov.pl.

Providing data is voluntary, but the fields marked as required are necessary for us to identify and answer your request. We do not use website enquiries for automated decision-making or profiling.

The website currently does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. It may use strictly necessary technical storage and local storage to remember a language choice and support essential interface functions. These mechanisms are not used to build advertising profiles.

• You can clear or block storage through your browser settings, although this may reset language or interface preferences.
• If analytics or advertising technology is introduced later, it will not load before a valid choice and this notice will be updated.

Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. A connection to YouTube/Google is made when you choose to play embedded content; their own privacy rules may then apply. External links, WhatsApp and other third-party services are governed by the policies of their respective providers.
